We have everything crossed for Nov though so I'm sure you'll be seeing the Christmas trees display at DS again then.

We are BA next but maybe from LHR and not LGW. Who knows?

Whatever I'm sure we'll find a hotel with parking on Bath Road - done it a few times over the years

Here is a thought.

Will we see the end of buffets due to this current virus?

Personally I loathe buffets. Firstly I don't like seeing children around food and secondly I lose self control.

This is so sad

It was one of our favourite places to eat

Feel so sorry for all of the staff

we have had an email from Landry saying they have opened some of their restaurants at a max of 25% capacity - where safe to do so - and have set up a $1,000,000 fund for workers, funded by the owner/CEO.

Shows the sit down model v buffet may have an edge - cannot see buffets opening til the distant future. Also shows just how keen they are to get back to business out there!

A buffet restaurant was always going to be difficult to moderate, I wonder how Golden Corral will cope?

Shame we often visit Sweet Tomatoes for a change as we did enjoy the variety of foods and chocolate lava pudding if we were able to visit when that was a dinner menu option.

Only downside is it is easy to eat too much
