We have a rudolph shower curtain, bright red and extremely cheesy, that is about it for upstairs.

My kids have a tree each in their bedrooms, so they can have it as tacky as they like and our tree only has all of the Disney ornaments carefully placed by me, it’s the best compromise in our house 🙄

Haha... it really is good, my kids piano teacher used to say he knew Christmas was coming when he visited (at the start of December) and saw the bright cheery rudolph curtain.

Kids each have a 3ft tree in their rooms, and our large potted plant on the landing has fairy lights. Christmas scented candle on the landing.

And this is exactly why this site need moderating more strongly. Please can someone remove all of the offending posts with ideas for further Christmas purchases as I looked at the festive shower curtains last night and then things escalated.

The Archibald residence is now expecting a delivery of 3 sets of Christmas bedding to go with the afore mentioned festive shower curtain. Mr Archibald is not going to be impressed - ours will be like sleeping in a Christmas card

You have not lived until your husband takes one look and says (kept clean for family viewing) "for goodness sake it looks like an elf vomited in here"... so now the kids, grown up now, ask when the elf puke comes out.

I forgot to mention the duvet covers as we all have 2 sets 😃 DD has a Merry Christmas Stitch one and Christmas Dinosaurs. DS has a Snowman and Christmas Sloth. Much to DH's disgust we have a Penguin one and Mickey and Minnie. The spare bed has a Gingerbread one and a Scandic red o e although they may not get used this year if no guests are allowed ☹️

We also have Christmas Cushions and Fleeces⛄🎅❄️

Also hoping to pick up a Christmas Bed for the dog but DH was with me when I saw them so didn't dare to suggest it !
