I've got an awesome shaper from Sainsburys. Comes up to my boobs, so is lovely to tuck my flabby tummy in !

Just buy a size smaller, that'll suck you in !

(As long as breathing and eating not required... )

I've had Spanx over the years. They are great. Nice smooth line. Just hard to go the loo 😱

Mark's and Spencer sell shape wear and you can try it on before you buy to see which kind is best for you.

I love Spanx, they are a bit more expensive but they do hold you in and create a smooth silhouette and they are built to last so I'd always pay a bit extra and go for that.

I've found that some shape wear has a tendency to roll down which is really annoying - spanx have never done that

Are you wearing a dress? I use the long vest type that go under the bust and then smooth everything all the way down, no rolling down or broken nails (maybe that's just me?) and easier to go to the loo.
