Ladies...Dermaplaning?
Has anyone had any experience of this procedure please?
Thoughts? Does it grow back faster/thicker etc? How often does it need doing? Thank you x |

I’ve had it done twice. Totally worth it. Grows back quite fine. Lasted quite a few weeks and my skin looked better with makeup once I had it done. You won’t regret getting it done!

I do it myself, I bought the eyebrow blades from amazon and it lasts about 6 weeks. It's VERY easy to do, I wouldn't pay anyone to do it for me, unless I enjoyed the experience of going to a salon and having a facial. Dermoplaning is just a fancy word for shaving your face. I'm sure a beautician will come along and tell me it's completely different, but for me, personally, I've had the same results having done both.
This is what I use. amazon/Eyebrow-Rem...NsaWNrPXRydWU=

Whether you shave, cut or Dermaplane your hair it won’t make it grow back any faster, thicker or darker. Only by pulling the hair out by its root will it potentially do that. It may feel a different texture as when you use a blade it ‘blunts’ the hair.
I was due to go on a Dermaplaning course before lockdown but it obviously got cancelled so in the meantime I bought a home kit from Amazon and I’m really pleased with the results, my make up goes on much smoother now and has helped slightly with a few dry patches I had. I’ll get the professional kit once I complete the course, it’ll be interesting to see if there’s much difference to the one I bought |

It doesn't grow back any different at all - it's not like I did it once and suddenly I woke up with bristles. Try it, you face feels so much smoother after and your make-up goes on much better!
