DAS pass universal and annual pass

Our next trip is at the end of Oct/beginning of Nov.

Last time we visited we went to guest services just outside Universal to pick up a DAS pass for our autistic teenager. We had to wait nearly 2 hours (a bit stressful with her) Are there quieter guest services anyone could suggest?

We will also need to upgrade my husbands 14 day 3 park ticket to a preferred pass (3 park) at the same time. (anyone done this lately - how much does it cost?)

Also would you bother upgrading our other 3 to a seasonal pass (there is about a 50/50 chance we would visit October next year) . Thanks

Hi,
There's a guest services to the right just after you enter the gates (Universal Studios).
We waited there about 10mins last week for a DAS assessment (2mins) and pass
