Aging Acne Skin

Hi. Just after bit of guidance please. I am 36 and have started suffering with mild aging acne, very sore spots around my cheeks and chin/lower face area. My menstrual cycles are all over the place too so I think that my aging body is changing! Any advice on skin care products. I have always been an Elemis user for years. Thanks x

I was similar at that age. I got extremely painful, hard lumps around my chin. I tried everything but nothing worked. I ended up going to the doctors and a 6 months course of Oxytetracycline cleared it up.

I'd maybe suggest a wee visit to the doctor as it sounds like maybe your hormones are out of whack.
I have dodgy skin quite a fair bit and some of my go to treatments are clearasil daily pads, Body Shop tea tree face wash and oil to dab directly on spots.
Keep moisturising too!
