How often do you wash your hair

I have very thin, going grey ish shoulder length hair.

I used to be able to wash it every other day. Now it’s once a day and it drives me crazy.

The kids hair which is longer than mine I do once a week!

How about you?

I used to have to wash my hair every other day, it’s got dryer and a bit thinner the least few years so I’m down to every third day now.

I’ve tried today just to rinse it and not actually shampoo it but it feels horrible to me

What shampoo do you use? I’ve started using plantar 39 (for hair over 40) lol

Once a week. My hairdresser keeps telling me what good condition it's in too.

I think it 'gets used to' how often you wash it in terms of how much oil it produces?

I have really thick, wavy hair and wash it twice a week, could get away with less than that. My hairdresser recommends every 4 days.

Every 3-4 days for me. It’s long and very thick so I’m grateful it’s not more often as it takes ages to wash and dry.

I used to wash it every day as it always felt greasy. However, about 10 years ago my hairdresser suggested a different shampoo, and I now wash my hair twice a week. I use Schwarzkopf Bonacure volume boost. My hair is fine, but a lot of it!
