We had wanted to cut our lawn today as garden waste is collected this week but unfortunately the grass had water sitting on the top so it will have to wait until it dries out a bit.

Was going to do one more today to collect the last leaves but out of time so will try and do in the week.

Hired a scarifier for first time in autumn. Made a big difference To the lawn but some moss back already so will give that another go in the spring.

ahh, another garden instrument to look into buying, already got my eye on a chainsaw and garden shredder to rid our new home of some strange positioned hedges (well established but too close to drainage and house) but the rear hedge will remain and we currently suffer from excess moss so scarifier is now on my list to ensure our new home has a lovely lawn

Some mild winters I've cut throughout winter. Still need another cut as soon as it's dry enough.

Patio- Thank you. Having difficulty sourcing posts/wire or post/glass for edging to finish off. Outrageous prices atm.

Anyone have any suggestions of good suppliers?

Very pleased with patio though it’s opened everything up.

Hopefully that’s last cut then!
Finally found a company, in Hampshire, that can supply stainless steel posts, mountings and glass panels... ordering today.
