How full was your flight?

I'm flying man to mco 14th May next year and have family who may wish to join us but won't be able to confirm until nearer the time. Has anyone flown at a similar time and if so was your flight full?

orlando flights aren't usually quiet, when they aren't selling well then you get cheap deals put out to fill spaces.

All UK schools are still in so that will help things.

We flew a similar date this year from BHX-SFB and there was 2 spare seats on the flight at our time of booking (1 week before departure) - not sure if anyone else booked a last minute trip after us, so it was pretty busy!

who are you flying with and when? you're more likely to get a relatively empty flight on scheduled airlines like ba/virgin, whereas charters like TUI/TC want to fill their planes up, so youre likely to get some bargains a few weeks beforehand *if* it isnt selling that well/isnt full

also, going outside of school holidays, youre more likely to get a quieter plane.

lots of factors in play... but the scheduled vs charters thing is probably your best gauge
