RIP Frank Bough

For people of a certain age, Frank Bough was both the face and voice of sport on the BBC, back when Grandstand was a staple of Saturday afternoon viewing.

He went on to front Breakfast Time and then Holiday before his career in front of the camera came to an abrupt end in somewhat of an unfortunate scandal.

Very sad to hear of his passing today.

He always seemed such a warm and friendly person. An excellent presenter.
It was such a shame he made some bad decisions.

I�m pretty sure there are lots of people in the public eye who are partial to cocaine and kinky sex but who haven�t lost their careers over it, and nor would they even if it became public knowledge.

Unfortunately this wasn�t the case for Frank but i agree that wouldn�t be the case now. Michael Gove didn�t (the cocaine I mean, don�t want to think about the other
