long story cut short

booked 2020 grande villas with the above via trivago
obviously got cancelled
voucher issued
but we since (late Aug/Sept)decided to request a refund instead as no idea when/if we could use the voucher
have had no word from them despite raising a case on their website & updating twice
could do with refund as we have now booked flights 2021 and on otel.com only 5

hotels in orlando only one we could use is no availability for our dates

only number on website is +90 which is turkey so but loathed to ring that..

anyone have any contacts/

for future ref of anyone has any issues with this 'company'

after some diggin about on facebook group/internet

got hold of the CEO & FD & others direct email

spookily last night got an email back my refund is now being processed

will be happy once i have my hard earned back but some progress
