Park Shore Resort - Naples. Has anyone stayed here?

We are thinking of adding five days to our next Florida holiday in Park Shore Resort. Has anyone stayed here? What did you think? We are looking at a 2 Bedroom Deluxe Suite for 5 nights. Price is great and of course it has the all important free cancelation. Fingers crossed for 2021

Yes we have, I believe many are privately owned so the standard could vary
We were pleased with ours , the kitchen was fully equipped and had a nice lounge and screened balcony .
There is a guest laundry on site and a restaurant and bar the swimming pool is very nice but the hot tub was too hot !
Good parking right outside your suites and quiet
I would request accommodation on the left side of the blocks as you drive in as there are a lot of trees on the right side which could make the rooms dark.
Close to shops and eateries and a good base, we would definitely stay again if in the Naples area .

Thanks Snowbelle. We are quite excited about staying here. We love Naples and can't wait to get back. Hoping the world is a little less chaotic by then. Fingers Crossed!

If you fancy something a little further down and also with full kitchens but a little bit pricier the Marco Island beach resort is stunning , we got it really cheap with Virgin holidays without booking a flight with them , but it’s a bit more of a risk now as I am not sure if their cancellation policy during this time.
We have been to the gulf coast four or five times and were due to be there at the moment 😢

Yes I have stayed but 15 years ago. Great place at the time. Very good location, nice little units and pool. Loved it there. At the time there was also a very good seafood restaurant in the middle not sure it is still there.

I used to know the marketing manager and get deals at the properties ( Diamond Head, Point Estero, Gull Wing, Bellasara, Park Shore, Santa Maria, Lovers Key (stayed there 3 times), Renaissance, Grand Key and others.) I haven’t used him for ages as we always rented houses after we had the kids but he is a great guy to deal with and could get good deals. He was recommended to me once by a guy on an Irish ferry but that’s another story...

I would say give him a try but it seems he isn’t trading any more doesn’t surprise me he will he well in his 60s now.

Edit just looked at the website and they have just opened a new fish restaurant there that is getting 5 star reviews- looks good.
