We will have Sainsbury's Toffee & Pecan Roulade Dessert, cheap as chips, very 'light' and utterly delicious. We also have Vienetta, its a family tradition!

I have bought an M&S apple pie for dessert this year. None of us like Christmas cake.
I could have made an apple crumble, but i get asked to make it so often that I’m sick of eating it. I’m doing the whole Christmas dinner this year so I want it to be special. |

I make Delia's champagne jellies but use Prosecco instead and a fizzy juice one such as appletiser for the children. We don’t like big desserts after Christmas dinner.

My mum usually has several options available (cheesecake, Christmas pudding, chocolate fudge cake, cheese board etc) but that hardly get touched.
Last year I asked for a small cheese board as a starter - game changer! I love cheese so this was perfect. I'm usually too full for cheese after Christmas dinner. |

i have a selection of frozen desserts in the freezer already and they can chose what they fancy on the day - being frozen it doesn't matter when they get eaten.
roulade - in various flavours - sains mini salted caramel ones for me cheesecake factory selection pack from costco you can always add a few extra touches to finish them off and make them look a bit more special. sorbet & ice cream melt in the middle puddings closer to xmas I'll pick up some of the costco dessert 6pks that come in glass cups if they have them - salted caramel/tiramisu and a red velvet cake Ds will probably just want a bowl of jelly |
