Think I'd polish it off no problem if I started, I'd have to fight off the OH too 🤣
Such a simple idea that looks very professional. How many will you have to make before Christmas?

I made 3 today - they took about half an hour each. I’ll make more with the kids when they get home for uni for their friends

I’ve not made any yet but always make gingerbread cookies with Christmas shape cutters .
When you put them on the tray use a straw and pop a hole at the top .
After they have cooled I use white icing and silver balls to decorate . Then pop either ribbon or string through the holes and gift as tree decorations

Yep, gingerbread for us! Making our first batch of the season tomorrow to eat with the Late Late Toy Show - an Irish institution and the official start of Christmas 🎄 😍

This is the recipe we use for gingerbread

Or I always go to BBC Good Food website/app for recipes as they’re well tested and usually easy to follow

I made peppermint bark chocolate and it was lovely.

Melt some milk or dark chocolate, put into a mould/tray and allow to set.

Crush some candy canes and mix into melted white chocolate with a few drops of peppermint essence.

When the milk/dark chocolate has set gently put the white chocolate mixture over the top and allow to set again.

It was delicious! I have since brought a proper chocolate mould to make it look more presentable

Love the chocolate puds.
Cupcake Jemma has some fab cookie recipes on you tube. Think the red velvet cookies would make a lovely Christmas gift.
