Bagged fab flights to Croatia (split) first week of Aug Ł180 for 4 of us - I still can’t believe how cheap it was

If things haven’t settled down their fly with confidence policy allows you to change to anything for free 14 days before travel!
Any accommodation recommendations really appreciated

Great price. Wish they would hurry up and release October flights though need to rebook this years flights.

No pool but these are excellently located. The views are fab. I have stayed in the ground floor ones but the view from the upper floors is phenomenal. 5 miles from split airport. Easy flat potter to Trogir old town and the supermarket.
Apartments Svjetlana. Boat from across the water to Split and other island and areas.

Tbf they were a steal. I nearly booked krakow too that was the same price - it’s gone up now!

Thank you they look lovely! Tbh I hadn’t considered staying any else but split as I haven’t researched the area (yet) so completely open to suggestions. Why do you stay in Trogir as opposed to Split and we won’t have a car is it easy to travel about?

I prefer Trogir because it is so small but still very beautiful. The whole town is a UNESCO world heritage site. There is a boat from Trogir gets you to split town unless than half an hour 4 each way roughly. Lots of ferries and watertaxis to smaller beaches and resorts. These apartments are right next to the bus station so you can just hop on a bus and go wherever. With Trogir you can be very close to the centre, with Split it is a lot more spread out. These apartments don't have a pool. A few places do, but generally small. Over on Ciovo (the more beachy island next to Trogir) there are a fair few sandy and rocky beaches.

This is nice too but a bit more ŁŁ and a bit more of a walk to Trogir town, but good pool.

Disneydaffodil did a good trippy to Split last year and will know far more about staying in Split.

we were meant to go this august but our flights were cancelled - we looked at the ones mentioned but our party was too big so we booked apartment town trogir from booking .com instead. Gutted we didn't get there , changed our flights to Greece next August purely because we wanted a villa with a pool and Croatia was quite expensive for that.
