Question Supreme Court judgement... watch live

Hi

For those that are interested, the judgment is due in 15 minutes and can be watched live here;

supremecourt.uk/live/court-01.html

Not wishing to start any debates, just for those that are interested in the outcome.

Like watching paint dry but I agree. I think the case is lost.

Was always going to be the case!
The councils cannot afford to have to pay back all the fines.

I'm assuming this means the rules that are in effect now continue to be (i.e. Parents risk a fine if they take a child out in term time), or does this mean new rules will come into effect following this ruling?
