3 month car hire ?

Has anyone done a longer term car hire ?

I wondered if any of the rental companies do any kind of discount for a longer hire.

Looked at a few but they are all around the £25 a day mark.

A work colleague (now retired) has been offered a free golf condo for 3 months but he's wittering about the price of cars

Sixt.com do monthly? Or contact Avis, Alamo direct and ask them for a deal.

Some years ago when we were lining up at the desk an elderly couple were picking up a 4 month rental car. They were instructed to return it after 40 days or thereabouts to swap out for another car. Fluids and tires I suspect?

We stayed at our villa for 89 days last winter (bliss) Nov through Feb and we booked with Alamo Brits and just paid for a basic 2 door economy car for around £1200 and as there were no economy cars left we walked out with a Nissan Rogue SUV at no extra charge.
