Avis charges, check your paperwork.
Just a little heads up, We flew into MCO last night and picked up our hire car from Avis I double checked when signing the paper work that nothing else was added and the balance was $0 and was told YES !

When checking our paperwork I had $179 worth of charges that I had to pay on return so back to the garage and the boy argued that we had ticked on our profile that we want these (we hadnt) then he tried to say we ticked when we made the BA booking (didnt do that either) bunch of chancers!

Did they remove them in the end up ?

As more and more automation is in place, these chancers are losing commission so this is not surprising.

I cant actually remember what extras it was I will have to look the paperwork but my booking was through BA so everything was included in the booking.

Yes mine is through BA but its miami airport my pick up. Im not argumentative so I struggle with confrontation.
