I really hope so. I've just read the news about the water parks and I'm so very disappointed after getting excited about the virgin news! It's such a rollercoaster

BA have cancelled my flight today and I need to cancel our Disney part of the holiday. I've been holding out as we do want to go again next year and would rebook, but there looks like there is absolutely no incentive to do this at the moment.

Lost out on the dining plan & $300 gift card card. We are two adults and dining is a huge part of our experience (my now-husband proposed in the California Grill and our tradition is that we go there on our last night).

My friend was going for the first time a week before us with her husband and two children. They've already cancelled and got their deposit back from Disney.

I don't know if you want to try and still go but I've seen a couple of posts from people who have had ba Miami flights cancelled but have been able to rebook on another flight for the same day it was just they were refusing flights and consolidating I believe.

Yes I read that disney hadn't made a decision on water parks for now and so closed until further notice. I was on an American website and there were around 20 response from locals furious because it's the water parks they apparently use the most july/august.
I also read that main pools would be out of action at resorts but I don't know if there has been any info on resort openings anyway so how true that part is I don't know.

Water parks are a definite deal breaker for me and I'm now even more pleased that I've switched to Universal. Also Universal's resort pools will be open and masks won't have to be worn in the pool areas.

I am desperate for news today. Right now our disney trip is unaffordable 4 ddp losses are a significant sum to then find for food however, if they make a respectable reduction the rest of my family want to go ahead and I will look at seaworld and aquatica tickets. SeaWorld also requires booking to visit the park so I don't want to leave it to late to buy these tickets.

If they don't we need to move the whole holiday and i want to do this soon because we wont do seaworld but will do busch if we are doing a universal holiday.

Arghhhh I'm super impatient now. I want to call but know this is pointless they will just fob me off with a we don't know wait for your email.
