We had most of our refund 3 days after cancelling but 2 weeks later now and still not had the deposit back . Was paid on a different card and was told they would be paid separately, but I didn’t expect a big gap in between... but atleast it’s a start ! Will be months and months before my Virgin Atlantic refund and that’s a large chunk of cask I really need now !

All refunded now. Cancelled on Friday 10th July, £200 deposit received back about a week ago. Then Disney told me they sent the remaining 2k on 17th July, which just landed on my credit card last night.

Ours has now all been refunded now back on to CC. We cancelled same day as Disney email on 12th June. 2 payments were paid a couple of weeks ago and final 2 just back this morning.

We had the final two refunds today. 🥳 Just FYI - I paid in three parts on 2 diff cards, and the first refund was 2 weeks ago and the other two today. I emailed Disney on fri to ask if remainder had been processed and then the refunds in today - might just be coincidence but maybe a little nudge might help!
can finally put my savings right after having to drain it for a brand new heating system after the old one blew up two weeks into lockdown!

So, I chased Disney and it turned out they had refunded me but they had reversed the original credit card transaction so it appeared as a refund in April 2019!

It still was a transaction in July 2020, but right at the bottom of my online statement so I hadn't spotted it.
