Yes, we're back! Landed on Saturday afternoon.

We had an amazing time!

Highlights:
The flights - although Ele didn't like first class
The hotel - absolutely amazing.
The Grand Canyon - unbelievable day out (the early start was not a problem - we woke up before the alarm!)
Our Mustang - loved it!
Friends - met up with an old friend I haven't seen for 20 years!

Lowlights:
My knee - really didn't have a great time getting about, but tried not to let it stop us.
The jetlag - amount of sleep I got last night could be measured in minutes.

I'll try and do the trippy when I've got a few days off following my knee surgery next week!

And now you have already been and come back.
Sounded like you really “kneeded” this holiday
Hope that you got on ok , that the said knee did not play you up too much and you had a fab 40th.

Me too! Florida in just over a month and it'll either be great or terrible!

I am willing to bet that you will be booking a holiday soon enough! I thought you had one booked for some reason?

Glad you’re back and had a good time, despite the knee pain. Looking forward to the trippie when you post it.

Belated happy birthday wishes too! 🎁🎂🎈

Hope the surgery goes well for you and hope that your recovery is quick and as pain free as it can be.
