You needed to modify the booking to make it shorter and then make a new booking for the first week.

You could make a new Poly booking today as it’s your home resort.

That’s why then. Next time you need to make separate bookings for the days you want to swap, it’s much easier that way.

As Bev said, booking your home resort for the extra week you need now to make sure you have something.

It can only modify one for the other.
So for example, I'm doing a split stay next Christmas. 11 nights.
So I'll book one 6 night stay, then another 5 night stay at SSR at 11 months.
Then I'll modify one or both at 7 months (both if I don't wish to stay at SSR at all) replacing each one with where I want to stay in that block of nights.
If I just booked a block of 11 nights I can't modify that to two separate resorts.
If I can't move at 7 months or decide not to, I'll call member services and get them to amalgamate the 2 into one booking at SSR.
It's a good idea to make each booking in a different lead name so they won't auto amalgamate them before the 7 months, which can happen I'm told.

Had an issue booking online as it showed how many points we had for next year but when I tried to book was trying to take from 2020!

Member services didn’t know why but they have sorted it.

1 week at Boardwalk and 1 week at OKW.
