Nice DLP Restaurant for 21st Birthday Meal
Hi All,
We are visiting DLP in March to celebrate our sons 21st birthday. As we've never been before we would like recommendations for a restaurant to have a really nice meal on the day, preferably with table service. Price isn't an issue but we are on the Plus meal plan if it helps. We would have loved to have eaten at Walt's but it's closed for refurb during our stay. Any ideas people? |

Shame that Walts is closed as that's what I would have suggested!
We enjoyed the food at Captain Jacks but probably not as fancy as you're looking for! California Grill in the Disneyland hotel is meant to be nice x |

California Grill is superb.
If you really want to push the boat out there is a ‘sparkling experience’ package (may have a different name by now) which includes cocktails in the beautiful Fantasia Bar, a four course meal with wines, and admittance into the Founder’s Bar for a balcony view of Illuminations, with champagne and petits fours (bring a tupperware box, you won’t have room for them!) It was about £200 each when I did it and honestly worth every penny.

Thanks guys
Will look into both Captain Jack's and California Grill. Looks like the 'Sparkling Experience' can be hard to come by and isn't available every evening but sounds like it's definitely worth it. I'll try and get some info on it. |

Another option could be Chez Remy. It's on your plus dining plan (as is Captain Jacks) but gets reviews and is one of the nicest table service meals in the parks.
If you wanted something in the evenings then you could try the Steakhouse in Disney Village. |

To be honest we booked it that evening on a whim, last time. It isn’t very well publicised.
