We used them for a Greek holiday to Crete, flights, all inclusive hotel, and transfers. No problems at all.

I've used them for both short and long haul holidays with no problem. Just check to see if hold luggage is included as a lot of cheaper flights now luggage is extra.

We paid upfront as we booked 5 weeks before our travel date.

Thank you all for your replies. We have now booked with Kenwood Travel got a good deal with deposit only and used them lots of times before.

I always book with a deposit when that’s an option and pay hotel two weeks before we go. Never had any problems.
