It’s been several years since we last visited and the Disney app was fairly new. Now it seems that I need to get everything loaded on there - not that there is much.

I’ve booked one night, our first night at Disney’s All Star Music. Really only did this to get the chance to book FPs earlier. How do I link this booking to my Disney experience? I booked the hotel via the Disney uk website and have a reference number but when adding this as the confirmation number on the app it says it’s incorrect. Where do I get the confirmation number from?

Just to confirm, do I book FPs on the app as well?

When/how do we get our magic bands?

I booked our stay through UK disney holidays site and the Same thing happened me. When I read through the confirmation email it said that it could take up to 30 days for them to get the reservation number but would email when it was available to link up to MDE

Oh and yes you book FP via app and you can also select the colour of bands you want for your party and you collect them from reception when you arrive x

You can customise your Magic Bands on the MDE website - select colour and also get a name printed on the inside.

You will collect these when you check in to the hotel, but able to use your park tickets as normal if you decide to go to the park before you check into the hotel.

I do remember reading that it could take 30 days - which obviously I had forgotten about! I'm too impatient to wait.

Oh the decisions over what colour magicband!

Have to say I tried linking my tickets and magic band to the app and it would not have it and didn't work, ended up doing it all on the lap top instead.
