Tractor what people are being told & what is actually happening are 2 different things. It clearly states no parking charges for UK guests for 2019 but it appears, as has been posted several times, that Disney choose to translate this as "UK Guests" that have booked through a "UK based" site. Booking.com are owned by a US Company as an example.
Rach think of the MB as purely a means to access your Database, in this case MDE, your room is on MDE hence the reason you can room charge through your MB, once you have checked out the room is no longer there but obviously your MDE still is. HTH Sd
