Hope you find the right one soon. Those prices for Indian Wells certainly didn't leave any extra for owners to upgrade anything after management fees etc.

I’ve stayed there 3 times
I booked through a USA company
The villa was a large 3 bed with a massive outside area and pool it overlooked the lake
It was great for us! The furnishings weren’t outdated either!

I have stayed at Indian Wells many many times. Great location right behind Walmart. Very quiet residential area with a lot of homeowners living there. The homes are older but not at all small. We stayed in a 3 bed overlooking the lake and loved going to the bottom of the garden to feed the ducks. Cant speak for the furnishings in the property you looked at, but the one we stayed in was becoming quite tired and old. After staying there for about 10 years they made a few upgrades, but still needed more upgrading, so would not recommend the villa we stayed in for that reason alone. If you can find a one you like the inside of I would not hesitate to stay there again. Good luck with your search.
