I make this every Boxing Day as there’s usually 20 of us and I just buy a big shoulder of pork put the stuff on it and whack it in the oven on a bed of halved onions it’s delicious 😆

We went from 5 to 13 a few weeks ago, I had been going to do a roast anyway so rather than just chicken I also did beef, gammon and duck breast as that's what I had.
Just more tatties in the pot! I sliced the meats, put the various veg and tatties in 2 dishes each so that we could have some of each at each end of the table and let people help themselves.

Just wanted to say thank you to you all. Last night was a massive success.

I did the Gordon Ramsey pork, plus two spatchcock chickens, crusty bread rolls, coleslaw, roasted veg and salad. The cooking timings all worked out and there was enough food for all.

I am now nursing a little headache for the wine I had to accompany it all!
