I have a particular bowl I always use that happens to have a line on it as part of the design, I use 35g oats, mix in about half and half water and milk until it reaches the line and cook 2mins

Agree wholeheartedly. DH makes these for me in the microwave every morning then pops them in my Chillys pot with cinnamon and a pinch of sultanas which are 1 syn.

I have these. The quick oats variety for cooking in a microwave. I make with water and stir in some mixed dried fruit when finished.

I just use the measuring scoop on the tube - don't know what the size is sorry!
