That's the hotel where you go for the gala meal and it looked lovely, we stayed at the Saarisalka Inn which was just up from it, and ate our meals there.

Food is very basic, but there was something even for the fussiest of eaters. If you have any questions nearer the time feel free to PM me and I'll try and help.

We did the 2 nights 3 days in Saariselka with our 2 in 2014 with Santa’s Lapland, absolutely brilliant and would highly recommend. The Santa was fabulous, through sleight of hand with the elves beforehand, he had their letters and knew what they wanted and knew their nicknames etc. We did a few extras, a longer skidoo ride, a northern lights tour on skidoo’s and a longer husky ride which I’d highly recommend. Santa have them a gift, a teddy thing with Lappish clothes which they were very pleased with and still have now.

The hotel we stayed at had a pool which was a fun change from the snow.

Just be prepared for the cold, skiing base layers and thermals were the way forward! We were all plenty warm but we did see children in tears from the cold. Make sure you get mittens rather than gloves too, something about the heat from your fingers!?

You’ll have an amazing time, I’d love to do it again. An expensive but wonderful experience.
