What will the next offer be?

Currently the UK website (as well as all of the other European DLP websites I've tried) have the 25% and free half board offer.

What do you think will be the next offer based on past years?

I've only ever booked with the 2 nights free offer. And free half board isn't really worth anything to me as I'd never eat in those restaurants anyway.

DLP have stopped doing the 2n free deal as much as anymore which is a great shame as i much prefer it over the free meal plan deals.

If you haven't already, you might want to look at other country's deals - we booked on the French site which had 35% off and under 12s free, which saved us lots of money compared to the UK offer.

Yes I’ve had a look at a variety of different countries but they all seem to have the same 25% and free half board offer.

Not sure. Possibly June, possibly end of August. My daughters not starting school til September but we have just been to WDW so I’m not in desperate need of a trip.

If you're not tied to School Holidays yet I'd definitely look at early June as it will be much quieter. The Spanish schools break up around 20th June so any time before then will be considerably quieter than any other time in June, July or August.

We always book under the 2 night free offer too. I didn’t realise they’d stopped doing it.
We managed to book under that offer for this August, but we booked up over a year in advance.

We have just booked the French offer for the end of August which was 35% off and children under 12 stay free. Its the best offer we could find it seems the 2 night free offer has been stopped where hotel new York is closed for refurbishment. We also didn't want the meal plan.

sorry to butt in but I've also been looking at the French offers and when google translated saw it didn't include a meal plan. On that basis I thought it was a worse offer but having never been to DLP before can you just explain why you'd rather not go with a meal plan and does it not just work out a lot more expensive to do it that way? I could afford a much nicer hotel using the French website but clearly the savings will be lost by no food plan. Do you not even add the food plan with your booking? I'm vegan and most of the rest of us are veggie so food plan probably rubbish for me anyway. Just worried about costs adding up once there. We're driving so can bring plenty of snacks.

BiddyK- we were away for the first time in December, and I’m also vegan. We had the half board plan and stayed in the Cheyenne. Breakfasts in the hotel were a must for me- counter service options would have left me with a tiny roll and jam, and a drink. The other options were croissants or omelette burgers, neither of which are suitable. At the hotel buffet I had a mountain of fresh fruit, toast with jam, toast with beans and hash browns to choose from. We didn’t bother with lunches as we filled up in the morning. For dinners we went to Agrabah (lots of vegan options), the Chuck Wagon at the Cheyenne (I had a lovely salad and some bread to start, then some pasta with tomato sauce. There were baked potatoes wrapped in foil next to a carvery bit so I had one of those with some ratatouille on it. The 3rd place we ate was La Grange. This was so yummy! Couscous and ratatouille, put into wraps and topped with salsa... I think I created and ate 3 of them 😆. Buffets worked best for us as I could wander round and see what was suitable and help myself to wee bits, then go back for more if I liked it. Puddings were the only downside as the only options were fruit, but I guess one of your 5 a day is never a bad thing and to be honest I hadn’t expected to have any options. I took a few bars of chocolate with me for any time I needed a sweet treat.
