help esta says wrong street address

we are staying at the caribbean beach and have put the details that are on google for it in to the estas and it says its wrong help

we have the 1114 cayman way

If the ESTA's are approved, ignore it. Leave it alone.

You will enter the address again as part of API, when you can enter the correct address. API overrides the ESTA address information.

Many dibbers go to many locations on the same ESTA without ever updating the ESTA, and allowing the DHS to get newer data from the API.

If you know you are going to use an ESTA a few times you can put UNKNOWN as the address. See the “?” Button next to the address question for full details.

We have always done this with no issues.

im having the same problem but with the all star music details ive never had this problem before and you cant move forward from this page until the address is correct

If you keep Submitting after the 3rd attempt you get a box to Tick confirming the address is correct,or just put unknown and again at the 3rd attempt the tickbox appears!

Adresses are picked up from the api anyway and don't need to tally with the esta.

That explains why we couldn’t get ‘unknown’ to work for us. When I did our ESTA’s in June for Sept, DH was going to Salt Lake City first in July (all confirmed at the same time) but we didn’t know where he was staying, and unknown wasn’t accepted, didn’t realise you had to persist with it for 3 attempts. Anyway, I ended up putting the address of where we were staying in Florida instead just to get it through.
