Car hire first timer
my head is swimming with all the info here. You guys are great!
I'm looking at DFCH for prices for April 2020 and saw the Hertz prices. I'm wondering is there ANY fees/insurance on top of those prices quoted or is that my final total for car hire? thank you! |

That is the final price.
My advice is dont book yet and wait for more prices to come out which will be April 19. However Andy will refund so not an issue if you want to fix the price.

I would always recommend booking vehicles as early as possible (providing you get free cancellation). With prices for some dates in April 2018 & 2019 being really expensive, the prices for April 2020 with Hertz don't currently have any peak season surcharge added on.

If you book through Andy at DFCH his price will include all taxes, fees and insurances. The most important of the latter being CDW with no excesses and $1m SLI (basically third party injury).
There are further optional insurances such as cover for lost keys and mis-fuelling but maybe do a "risk assessment" and ask how likely you are to need these Mick

Hi Andy, Is there scope fore prices to come down for June this year?
They have dropped slightly recently, but still rather expensive. Thanks.
