Got to agree. Like you, we were in bed by 8.. Must be a British thing. I was up at 5, down on the hotels computer, tweeting emailing and browsing. Xmas lunch was a meatloaf sandwich and chilli cheese fries in a diner between 53rd and 54th on 7th. Will post a proper account when i finish the Boston one. Biggest shock was finding out that friends of ours were in the Sheraton on 53rd and 7th but we didnt know!. We see each other all the time in Fishguard but the subject never came up. Small world.

We bumped in to one of our rugby families. Right on a corner just off times square. It was mad.
