Is it possible to get a gift card in the UK & upload it with dollars? If yes, how do you buy one?

Also can the gift card be topped up by other people?

I don’t think you can , however if still call Disney up to ask as you never know

U.K. gift cards can only be loaded with U.K. pounds for use in the U.K.

You could buy one when you arrive in the US and load when you’re over there but can’t get one over here as far as I know

You can however buy e-gift cards.
