Has anyone used the V room at Manchester Airport, was it worth the money and would you recommend to others. Many thanks !

We got it for free in October when we booked our flydrive, it was fine for free but I certainly wouldn't pay for it, don't think it's worth the price, we found it boring even though there were lots of people in there & the food wasn't very good either, it's a no from us

We used it this year for the first time - didn't have a VH package but know a flight attendant who was able to give us access at a discount. It's not "worth the money" in terms of a straightforward equation of did I eat/drink as much as it cost but we really enjoyed the experience. Our 2 boys were well entertained in there by the console and other games. They adored the pancake making machine and possibly did actually eat our monies' worth and I enjoyed my breakfast - which was better than the one I'd paid for in the airport restaurant the year before - and the chance to read through a load of trashy magazines that I wouldn't normally buy, in a bit of peace whilst the kids were otherwise occupied. If I could get it at a discount again (I can't remember how much we paid, but it wasn't massively discounted, maybe £8-10 off pp) I think I'd like to do it as it was relaxing.

We got it free for our next trip. We have used it before and quite liked it.

We have used it previously (paid for) and have it included in our next trip. We don't have children so used it for the breakfast and just to have a space to relax in before the flight which we found it was good for

We used it a copule of years ago but wouldnt pay for it again. It was OK to have somewhere more comfortable to sit wating for the flight. Food was a bit meh, was so busy the kids couplnt pay with any of the XBox, PS stuff and wanting to look around duty free and getting reading stuff we were in and out anyway.

We were there in October and thought it was ok. It was handy for us with having a toddler being able to sit just outside the playroom so we could watch her play just a few steps away from us rather than chasing her around the busy terminal.

We got it free for our first holiday, and as it was to JFK, the place was empty, our kids were the only ones on the flight. We had the place to ourselves and the kids could do/play with what they wanted. I don’t think i’d pay for it if the place was heaving (it was already fully booked last holiday).
