How to make room requests

We are staying in CSR in Oct/Nov, what is the best way to make a room request with Disney, we have booked through ATD so do I need them to do it on my behalf or can I do it myself direct? Thanks

Hello
I always make my room requests using Touring Plans, however i know there is an e-mail somewhere,you can probably find it on this forum where you can possibly e-mail over your requests

I doubt ATD would do it

I rang the UK 0800 and asked for a top floor room to be be added to my booking a few days before we went. It worked or was a good coincidence, as we got one.

Room requests are still done by fax, not email. Probably because they know this will cut down the number of them made.

ATD should be able to add a note on your reservation, I booked directly with WDTC and they were happy to do this.

I also use the TP service.
