Need help please with linking ticket to MDE

I bought 2 x 14 day Disney passes from the official Disney website on Saturday. I am now trying to add the tickets to the My Disney Experience app but I cant. So instead I went on the website and tried it that way and it still wont work. Can anyone help please? Desperate to get going.

Hi what I did was copied and pasted the long number underneath the barcode on the confirmation email on MDE add tickets section . It didnt work 1st time but did the 2nd

Hi,
This happened to me last week - couldn’t get the tickets to link via the app or the website.
I called Disney and they were very helpful and linked everything up without any problem. They couldn’t give me an answer though as to what the issue was!

OK thanks folks. I did ring yesterday but it said there was a 20 min wait timr. Will try again today.
