Mobile Rooms with 3 beds? In disney

Hi we are looking at going to disney in 2020 and want a room that wouls be able to accommodate 4 people but needs to have a bed for 2 adults and then we ahve a 14yrs old and a 12yrs old who refuse to stay in the same bed.
Any one have sugestions looked at all stars suite but doesnt look like it would be comfortable for 14 nights for the kids i know that carribean beach have a 5th sleeper but the kids are tall anyone have any experience on those for a tall 12 yrs old?

Or if anyone has any other ideas?
We are waiting for the dining plan to come out fingers crossed but have a budget of £9000 with hotel tix and flights

You could rent DVC points, studios at BWV, BCV, Poly etc have the Murphy would be fine for 12 year old, plus sleeper sofa and queen. Or if you want lots of room with a kitchen, a split or sometimes 2 bathrooms, laundry etc rent a 1 bed. The ones at BLT, AKL, OKW (might be able to get that on a dining plan deal without renting points) , GFV all have a sleeper chair, a sofa bed and a super king.

You can pay for the dining plan so depending on DVC rental costs it may be no different and you would get more space

What about POR? I know they have 2 queen beds and the Murphy bed in the Alligator Bayou area.

We've stayed at both POR and CBR with our daughter sleeping on the Murphy bed. She's 17 and 5'6", so a bit tall for them if laying flat out, but she likes to sleep curled up, so it's not a problem for her. Depends how tall your tall 12 year old us though. Worse case, you could pop to Walmart and grab a blow up mattress if it's not suitable.

Depending on when you want to go, you may be able to get a 1 bed villa at OKW with free dining. There's usually a discount on OKW and SSR at the same time as free dining, but SSR wouldn't be suitable as the 1 bed units only sleep 4. That would be cheaper than renting DVC points and paying for food.

An easy way to see the options that offer 3 sleeping surfaces is to do a dummy booking on the Disney site for an off peak date (September is usually good) for 1 night, hotel only. Put 5 people in to the search and it will show you the results.
