Help needed for upgrade question?

Does anybody know if you get car hire through Alamo if you use the self check out machine rather than going to the desk if it offers you an upgrade on the machine? Thanks x

Yes, the kiosk will offer a vehicle upgrade although its at the standard upgrade price so not a great deal and usually cheaper to pre-book the vehicle category you want.
