Swimming pools
Hi we are visiting DLP sequoia lodge soon and the pool is shut for part of our stay. We have been told we can use the Newport bay pool but wondered if you just turn up or if there is a booking process to do this? We are wanting to use the pool on arrival day.
Thank you |

The pool was shut when we were there a few weeks ago, you have to call Newport bay and book in if they have any availability. Newport bay guests get priority and there was no availability throughout our 5 day stay!

How do you go about calling Newport Bay? When I queried about the pool situation with Magic Breaks they said to ask at the hotel and they'd find out for me. They also said they'd never heard of anyone not being able to use the pool as people are usually in the parks. 😂😂
You aren't the only person I've seen say they couldn't use a pool whilst there. X |

We were there when it was 42 degrees and due to the heat people were heading back to the hotels as there were no parades, character meets and quite a few rides were shut. I’ve never seen the park so quiet! If you ask guest services at the hotel they will ring Newport bay for you
