Dining recommendations

We have booked a trip to DLP for next May at Newport Bay Club and the deal includes free half board plus so that’s a buffet breakfast at the hotel and either lunch or dinner.

I have been looking at Trip Advisor to try and plan where we are going to eat but virtually all the restaurants have really bad reviews. Can anyone recommend some decent table services to eat. List where we are allowed is below. We aren’t really bothered about upgrading to character meals unless the food is worth it and understand how the plan works.

TIA

Im guessing 3 nights so 3 restaurants. Remy, Buffalo Bills 9.30pm show and Steakhouse in village)

I like the setting of Remy and the food we had there was OK. Service was a bit grumpy though. Buffalo bills would be on the way back to your hotel and is a decent show. The only negative is the lateness of eating! Village steakhouse has always been OK for us, the menu is very limited though.

Outliers would be Cpn Jacks, the theming is top notch but the food you will either love or hate. Look at the menu first. Silver spur is distinctly "OK" and not worth it but it is in the park.

We are there for 5 nights. On the booking it states tickets to Buffalo Bills so I am not sure if this is in addition to the 5 nights or it’s 4 nights plus that. We have already booked our day and time for that as did it when we booked the trip.

Thanks for the advice. DH got a a fussy eater so will maybe give Captain Jacks a miss.
