Transfers So Expensive

Just doing the final bits for out trip next month and we are starting off With a trip to DLP but have noticed how expensive airport transfers are. I have done a lot of travelling in Europe and wasn't expecting £30 Rtn each for a 10 min journey on a train.

Am I the only one you thinks this? I know I'm going have to pay it but feel ripped off.

its because its not a "local" train therefore you're not paying a local fare. The journey is on the TGV from the airport to DLP.

You can do it by RER (the "local" trains) - but you have to take one from the airport into Paris, then another out to DLP.

did you check out the price for a shared shuttle booked in advance with rstransports? It would appear you're paying peak price for the TGV if its £30 per person return, so the shared shuttle (which you are highly unlikely to share) may work out cheaper (and it will be quicker, certainly on the way from the airport out to DLP).

My train to work is £44 return and is less than 40 miles hardly ever get a seat often cancelled delayed £30 return on fast clean effective TGV is good value
