Mobile Printer help
Hoping someone can help.

We’ve recently bought a new printer - HP desk jet 3750.

DD has been trying all evening to print her uni work. The sheets all have different coloured text but the printer is printing completely different colours.

We’ve replaced the ink (genuine HP cartridges) and done a test print which was ok.

Have no idea what else to try so any advice would be much appreciated.

I would be tempted to return it for a refund, clearly not fit for purpose.
