Christmas Decorations
Hi All,
Was wondering when the Christmas decorations start to be put up in the parks and hotels? Am hoping to book for November 2021, looking around 4th for arrival dates until 17th ish. Do you think the decorations would be at some point in that period? Also what date does the Mickey Very Merry Christmas Party tend to start? Thanks |

They normally go up everywhere after Thanksgiving if that helps.

Thanksgiving is on 26th November this year so Christmas decorations go up after then.

We arrived on 5/11 until 15/11
Decorations were up in MK , AK and HS but not Epcot as the F&W was on until mid November. I loved the HS decorations and jingle bell jingle bam which started on the 8th. The GF gingerbread house, beach club carousel and contemporary ginger bread display were all complete before we left. No other decorations in the hotels that we saw. The MVMCP started the day after we arrived I think. Be aware that they have the party 3 times a week at the beginning of November so it does impact on the days you can stay late in Mk and see HEA

we are travelling 25th October - 19th November so that we can hit the mnsshp and mvmcp. I have read that the Christmas decs start going up after the last halloween party which is usually early November with the first Christmas party being around the 8th of November usually

We did these dates back in 2018, with party nights - an expensive holiday but it was fantastic!
MK was decorated when we visited on 2nd November.

The first party is 8 November I believe so think the above was a typo. You should see most decorations bar Epcot’s (after thanksgiving) and potentially some resorts.
