UPDATE... spoke to Eurostar this morning (got straight through) and they have processed a refund for our tickets in six days time (8th-10th April).

Their starting position is to tell you that they can only do this 24 hours before travel and you need to call back (which has changed from the 2 days they told me last week) but they also know that the Disney trains are now cancelled for a fair period, so if you push they will process the refund. They continue to try and get you to take an eVoucher on the phone, though.

And as with everyone else, it takes them 7 seconds to take the money off of your card, but 7-10 working days to put it back on again (!)

Eurostar have been (by far) the most difficult travel company to deal with in all of this mess and it has taken 5 calls and 2 unanswered messages to get a refund.

I will remember this the next time, Eurostar...I sincerely hope your other customers have shorter memories.
