Spending money?
Hi all,
We are going for 3 nights - arriving late afternoon on 15/10 and leaving night of 18/10. There'll be me, DH and DS9 staying at Explorers hotel with breakfast included. We've not been to DLP for years and can't remember how expensive it is to eat, drink, get snacks there. Happy to do a mix of McDonalds type meals and one or 2 table service places. Is there a ballpark figure per person per day that people base their spending money on? Thanks in advance 😎 |

Dlp Guide have info on all the restaurants etc with menus and costs
its great to work out an average for how much you will need each day all depending on where you would like to eat x

Take a look at the set menus listed on dlpguide as mentioned, much less pricey than the standard menu options.

If you are onsite, stuff yourself silly at breakfast and you won't need much lunch, if any (we are never hungry until about 3pm at DLP!) Many of the CS lunch deals will feed two adults - for example, the pizza meal deal at Colonel Hathi's will feed two.
Food is expensive at DLP, that's for sure, but personally I find it's worth spending a bit more and doing a decent table service meal - I find that much better value than the overpriced counter service food which mostly isn't great. An honourable exception is Earl of Sandwich, probably the best value CS at DLP, and a beautiful view over the lake too.
