I know what they should be but in all the years at SSR never get it when it should so……………………………………

if we arrive on a Thursday

it seems to goes awol for us after first set of Full and T & T , we stay 3 weeks

could someone tell me if we check in on a Thursday what the days would be for the 3 weeks as I don't know if its me always getting it wrong

Hi Ali.

Check in on a Thursday then as follows.

Full clean - Sunday
T & T - Thursday
Full clean - Monday
T & T - Friday
Full clean - Tuesday
T & T - Saturday

Most bizarre they do a full clean after the first 4 days, logic says T & T.

I liked the old confirmations that had the cleaning dates on it. It arrived by post.

Yes I also liked when they noted on your confirmation the days you got what
I would rather get the full clean after , we never take the T & T

do they still give the do not disturb things for the door, hate when they try and get in really early and they always knock then enter

Firstly I haven't a clue on the cleaning days. My Wife is the expert on that so she responded. I just leave the tip.

The door hangar is no longer 'do not disturb' it's now 'room occupied' But they still knock!

I always seem to find them hanging on the back of the entrance door. If there isn't one I have a spare in my Owners Locker.
