Renting DVC Points

Hi,

We are thinking of renting some DVC points for a 3 week trip in January. We’ve never done this before so we’re not sure of the process, the pitfalls etc..

Normally we book a package through Disney.

Questions that come to mind:

Are we likely to get a 3 week slot (Polynesian)
How does this affect insurance
What does this mean for Fast passes
How do we link and book ADRs

You may be too late for January 2020 for three weeks at the Poly. Or are you after Jan 2021?

I can check your dates if you like? It’s quite unlikely there will be three weeks solid at the Poly (and over marathon weekend you can definitely rule it out!) but it would give you a starting point?
