Travel operators

Have booked through independent and big name travel operators - other that Ocean Florida what are your recommendations for online travel operators?

Kenwood seems to be popular. We used Florida Escapes once with no problems (although they don’t seem to do Disney hotel booking now...might be wrong). Tend to book direct now though.

Helen @ TravelCounsellors. Used her for my past 6 trips. Personal 1 to 1 service every time. Also takes care of the little things like flight check-in, API, etc

I book my flight and car through British Airways. I would use them for my hotel too but I find the choice and prices better on Virgin Holidays. I didn’t think they would sell just a hotel room without flights but they do.

I wouldn’t use a 3rd party travel agent for any of this, wouldn’t want to take a risk although I know the vast majority are fine.

We have used Kenwood Travel this time as Florida Masters were a nightmare. Stay clear. Kenwood were very helpful and answered all e mails the same day and were easy to get on the phone.

Flight and car through Dial-a-Flight (ask for Gary). This is counted as a package, so it is protected.
We book hotel through hotels.com. Not the cheapest, but they will price match and you earn reward nights - one free night after you have stayed 10 nights. We generally get them to price match something on Trivago.
